Hazardous Waste and Emergency Response

Upon completing spill clean up procedures, you should:

Carefully inspect the entire affected area for spill residue, hidden contamination, or unsafe conditions.
Place all contaminated materials, including all materials used in the clean up process, into an appropriate container and mark it "Hazardous Waste", including details (i.e. chemical name, etc.) on the material contained therein.
Initiate hazardous waste disposal procedures.
