Project Overview

The objective of the project is to standardize and automate business processes and to research, select, and implement a self-service portal for supplier onboarding. This solution will automate supplier onboarding to limit manual data entry, reduce paper processes, and reduce fraud risk.

• Improve quality and completeness of SHARE supplier database
• Improve standardizing payment method and compliance with statewide policy
