Project Overview
The objective of the INGRESS Enhancements Phase III project is to develop and implement enhancements to support new business processes with structured data for more effective and efficient operations and reporting on collaborative enrollment management and student success.
Project Benefits
This project supports new business processes with structured data for more effective and efficient operations and reporting on collaborative enrollment management and student success.
- Data Security/Role Permissions - improves security and data integrity within the multi-institutional registration system and reduces staff hours required for manual transmission and processing of student data for course enrollment.
- Course Seat Reservation - allows seats in multi-institutional collaborative courses to be reserved for specific institutions and reduces staff hours required for manual adjustment of course enrollment capacity.
- Automated Grade Submittal - provides automated grade transmission between the collaborative course electronic grade book and the student’s home institution. This integration increases the security, privacy, and integrity of student data and reduces staff hours for manual transmittal of grades to partner institutions.
