  Modernize and standardize the applicant-level admissions data collection process.

  Assess USG’s current Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform and develop recommendations for an optimized platform, support structure, and governance model.

• Financial Data Reporting Solution

  Providing a single solution for USO budget reporting.

• Financial Value Transparency and Gainful Employment (FVT/GE)

  Supporting USG institution compliance with federal regulations regarding Title IV financial aid.

• Strategic CRM Platform Implementation

  Implement a new, Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform for seven (7) select USG Institutions.

• Unified ERP

  Assess, procure, and implement a single, SaaS-based Enterprise Resource Planning solution for the University System of Georgia.

• USG Business Process Review Project

  Document updated Human Resources and Finance business processes in alignment with upcoming Unified ERP initiatives.

• USG Transfer Gateway Project - Discovery

  Streamline the transfer process for USG students by providing centralized, effective pre-transfer information, services, communications, and resources.
