Amanda Marshall of ITS was the winner of the summer learning incentive contest sponsored by the Office of Organizational Development.
In the summer of 2013, the USG Office of Organizational Development conducted a learning needs assessment for the USO. The assessment results suggested that many USO employees could enhance their decision-making skills. Through SkillSoft, our e-learning platform also known as PATHS we have been able to provide the decision-making and other training topics as requested by USO staff and management.
The next all-staff incentive course will be offered this fall; however, there are many great courses and books offered in PATHS at http://usglearning.skillport.com.
