ePro/GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace Training

eProcurement (ePro) is a module in PeopleSoft Financials with the primary function of creating electronic requisitions and routing them for approval. The GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace, an online shopping site accessed from PeopleSoft Financials, takes the use of ePro to another level. Through this online shopping site, users can shop for items from a variety of state-approved suppliers. Users select items by placing them in a shopping cart then return the shopping cart into PeopleSoft Financials to create an ePro requisition.

Training materials for ePro and GeorgiaFIRST Marketplace users, including videos, user guides and job aids, are organized in the accordion drop down lists under individual user roles (Shopper, Requester, etc.). Users should find most of the training materials they need to complete their job function in the section labeled with their user role; however, users are encouraged to take some time to familiarize themselves with all of the available materials as they may find videos or manuals under other roles that are helpful to them.
