* FY 2020 MRR Allocations approved by Board of Regents at August meeting
September 2019
* Board of Regents approves Amended FY 2020 & FY 2021 budget requests; submitted to Governor's Office of Planning and Budget (OPB)
* September through December: OPB conducts detailed review of USG budget requests, works with agencies to answer questions and refine details of request
* FY 2019 Annual Expenditure Report (AER) due from institutions September 12th
* FY 2021 Budget Hearing instructions issued

* FY 2021 Mandatory Fee, 5-year Auxiliary Plan, Revenue Projection, Graduate Tuition, Elective Fee, and Housing and Food Services request instructions issued
* First Quarter budget amendment due October 7th
