The below procedures must be followed by all University System Office personnel for programs involving non-student minors which are offered by or through the University System Office. These programs include but are not limited to academic camps, athletic camps, clinics, research opportunities, after-school programs, pre-college programming and enrichment classes. These procedures do not apply to youth programs sponsored by or overseen by personnel from USG institutions.
